The Annual General Meeting will take place in Paris at the Westin Paris-Vendôme Hotel.

Ideally situated in Paris’ exciting first arrondissement in the very heart of the city, The Westin Paris-Vendôme offers the best of the City of Lights. In addition to the magnificent views of the city from the hotel — most importantly the iconic Eiffel Tower and Tuileries Garden — you are just a few steps away from the Louvre Museum, the Place Vendôme, the Place de la Concorde and the elegant fashion boutiques of rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré.

The hotel is also 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle international airport.

    EIGA has arranged special fixed rates:

    Superior Room – Available from Sunday 21st until Sunday 28th May 2023

    Rooms are in between 18 and 23 sqm. Some are very small!
    single occupancy: € 320.00 per night, including VAT.
    double occupancy: € 340.00 per night including VAT.
    City tax will be charged at 2,88 € per person, per night.

     

    Deluxe Room– Available from Tuesday 23rd until Saturday 27th May 2023

    Rooms are around 30 sqm.
    single occupancy: € 360.00 per night including VAT.
    double occupancy: € 380.00 per night including VAT.
    City tax will be charged at 2,88 € per person, per night.

     

    Paris vue Room– Available on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th May 2023 only on very limited quantity

    Rooms are around 30 sqm.
    single occupancy: € 400.00 per night including VAT.
    double occupancy: € 420.00 per night including VAT.
    City tax will be charged at 2,88 € per person, per night.

     

    The rates include a full buffet breakfast and WiFi. All rooms have bathtub only and there is no Coffee machine in rooms.
    Rooms are considered “Run of House” rooms which does not guarantee bed type. If you have a specific request, please add it in the “Comments” box in the hotel booking process.

     

    Hotel Reservation Conditions:

    Reservations to be done by 15th March 2023. Room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after 15th March 2023. Early reservation is recommended due to the limited EIGA block booking.

    Your credit card details will be asked while booking your room on the conference registration website as a guarantee (only used in case of late cancellation or no-show). Please note that your card will not be charged prior to arrival and you will be able to settle your account upon check-out while leaving hotel.

     

    Hotel Cancellation Conditions:

    In case of cancellation prior to 9th May 2023 5:00pm, no penalty will be charged.

    Should the individual delegate cancel the reservation between 9th May 2023 after 5:00pm and the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, then the hotel will charge at the full rate for the entire stay, as booked.

    Parking at Hotel:

    On-Site Parking is unavailable at the hotel.
    The closest public parking is: Indigo parking Vendôme located on Place Vendôme and only 400 metres from the hotel.
