Conference Hospitality Desk

The Conference Hospitality Desk will be operating in the hotel lobby:

• • On Thursday 25^th May 2023: 09:45 – 19:30
  • On Friday 26^th May 2023: 08:00 – 18:00
  • On Saturday 27^th May 2023: 09:00 – 12:00 (official check-out time)

Language

The language of the Conference will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation to any other language. During the Partners’ Programme guides will speak English, German or French.

Name Badges

For identification/security reasons, all participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges at all EIGA events including during all official lunches and dinners.

Liability / Insurance

Delegates and partners are always advised to take international travel and health insurance during their trip. All participants are reminded that neither EIGA nor the Conference Secreteriat Destree Organisation in Brussels are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or private property.

Dress code

• • On Thursday 25^th May 2023: Welcome Reception and Dinner – Smart casual
  • On Friday 26^th May 2023: Annual General Meeting – Business formal
  • On Friday 26^th May 2023: Partners’ Programme – Casual and comfortable clothing and footwear.
  • On Friday 26^th May 2023: Awards Reception and Dinner – Cocktail attire (suit and tie for gentlemen), required and mandatory as per Automobile Club de France rules
