Stephen is the Founder and Managing Director of sbh4 GmbH, est. in 2017. He started his career in 1990 with BOC as Food Applications Sales Engineer. He held several positions, Specialty Gases Commercial Manager, Business Change Manager, Marketing Manager, Global Director for the Scientific Market and was aslo Global Head of Specialty Gases & Equipment for Linde Gas. He has been manging his own consultation, coaching and communication company for 7 years. He also writes publications about energy transition, gas detection, hydrogen and even environmental protection.

He holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering (1990) of Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London.
