WG-13 – Security

The Working group was established in 2010 to provide EIGA members with guidance on security aspects specific to our industry in Europe.  The EIGA Security Working Group is responsible for:

•  Monitoring security issues that may have a direct impact on the industrial gases industry.

•  Determining the need and scope for EIGA documents, position papers, communications or training material relating to security issues and providing  guidance to the EIGA Councils and EIGA Members.

•  Providing, as required, specialised security input into other work being undertaken by EIGA and its Working Groups.

•  Reviewing security incidents within the industrial gases industry and proposing ways to avoid re-occurrence.
