Steve joined BOC UK and Ireland in 2008, following many years working in the water industry including as a gases specialist (chlorine, SO2 and biogas). Steve has held various engineering and SHEQ positions. His current role includes leadership on security (and many other topics) for BOC UK&I.

He is presently Manager of Oxygen Safety in the Global Safety Group.

He is currently chair of European Industrial Gases Association Working Group – 13, Security.

Steve is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and has degrees in power (electro-mechanical) engineering and in management.
