Sheila joined Nippon Gases in 2016 and has worked as Bulk Distribution Logistics Engineer during 7 years. Now she became European Distribution Specialist for both package and bulk distribution since July 2024 where she works in projects that focus on continuous improvement and productivity, as well as those that contribute to maintaining safety in logistics by integrating safety protocols into logistics operations.

Sheila is Industrial Engineer and graduate of University of Navarra. She completed her MBA at IESE Business School. Sheila’s MBA journey has equipped her with the strategic vision and innovative mindset necessary to excel in today’s dynamic business landscape.
