Mark started his career as a surveyor at LR/Stoomwezen, where he inspected new assemblies from small skids to offshore installations and large scale plants.

His 18 years of work experience at Air Products include; new-built and periodic inspection, break down and shutdown support, RCA’s, (process) safety, and setting up user’s own inspection organisation.

Mark holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and is a certified IKT lvl 3 senior inspector

He is secretary of the IVG Platform, the Dutch User’s inspection department association and is part of committees such as WEID and LPI.

Within Air Products he currently holds the role of IVG Manager, where his team mainly supports Air Products’ assets in the Netherlands and Belgium.
