As an independent IT consultant, Erik Steenhouwer founded the KeyTech Company in 2003 and started screening and employing highly skilled IT professionals to serve his growing client portfolio.

Erik has been the CEO of KeyTech since but he never stopped maintaining his hands-on and up-to-date proficiency as a seasoned cybersecurity professional.

Since 2019, Erik also leads a joint venture between various cybersecurity specialists named KeySec360, enabling clients to benefit from a complete spectrum of expertise in the field, including audits, vulnerability scans, penetration tests, awareness trainings, phishing campaigns, ISO27001 and NIS2 guidance, and much more.
