EIGA has arranged special fixed rates:
Deluxe Room – Available from Sunday 26th May until Sunday 2nd June 2024
Rooms are in between 27 and 34 sqm.
Single occupancy: 5.900,00 CZK per night, excluding VAT (10%).
Double occupancy: 6.250,00 CZK per night excluding VAT (10%).
City tax will be charged at 50,00 CZK per person, per night.

The rates include a full buffet breakfast and WiFi. All rooms have Mini fridge, Living/sitting area, Coffee/tea maker, Safe in room and Ironing material.
Rooms are considered “Run of House” rooms which does not guarantee bed type. If you have a specific request, please add it in the “Special Requirements” box in the hotel booking process.
Hotel Reservation Conditions:
Reservations to be done by 15th March 2024. Room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after 15th March 2024. Early reservation is recommended due to the limited EIGA block booking.
Your credit card details will be asked while booking your room on the conference registration website as a guarantee (only used in case of late cancellation or no-show). Please note that your card will not be charged prior to arrival and you will be able to settle your account upon check-out while leaving hotel.
Hotel Cancellation Conditions:
In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival: no penalty will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival: 1 night penalty.
Within 7 days prior to arrival: full stay will be charged.
