Hotel accommodation can be booked online while registering to the Summit through the Conference Secretariat.
EIGA and Destrée Organisation (Conference Secretariat) have arranged special rates at the Summit venue.
Early registration is recommended due to the limited hotel block bookings. After 15 November 2022, room prices and availability cannot be guaranteed. Please pay attention to the hotel cancellation conditions which you accept by booking through Destrée Organisation.
Hotel accommodation is NOT included in the Summit fee and must be settled on your own upon departure.

Hotel reservations and conditions
Destrée Organisation – our Conference Secretariat – acts solely as an agency intermediating between the hotel guest and the hotel.
The accommodation contract is concluded between the hotel guest and the hotel.
The hotel bill must be settled directly with the hotel. Official hotel conditions and cancellation fees apply: Individual bookings will be free of cancellation fee until 7 days prior to the date of arrival. In case of a later cancellation, no-show or in case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
All hotel bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Please book by 15 November 2022 at the latest. After this date room prices and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations can only be made in writing to Destrée Organisation.
